Recognizing Excellence, Inspiring Service – The WRHA Quarterly Service Excellence Award celebrates staff members who go above and beyond in delivering outstanding care, teamwork, and innovation across our facilities. This award is open to all staff members irrespective of role or level.
All nominees must demonstrate excellence across all five (5) service pillars: Customer‑Centric Service, Performance Excellence, Collaboration & Engagement, Innovation & Responsiveness, and Integrity & Accountability.
